Welcome!             

I am 55 and live in the small community of Bishop, California, at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Range

My hubs are mostly memoir writing, a style I'm exploring while in the endless process of 'finding myself.'  Often, though, I go off on various writing tangents -another characteristic of us ex-hippies.  Yep, I'm a child of the 70's and I'm proud to say it still shows.  

My struggles with various addictions are also topics in my hubs, as are medical and familial issues, and I honestly hope someone can find solace in my words.
